Masungi: Nature's Showcase of Wonder and Beauty

Image
Eco over Ego This is merely a series of photos about our recent adventure at the majestic Masungi Georeserve. Details about park rules, prices, and reservation details can be accessed through links that I shall provide in this article. Through these images I hope you will be left in awe and will hurriedly mark your calendars for your next trip to wanderlust. *Reminder: 1. Masungi does not accept walk ins. So make sure you book your dates ahead of time. During peak season (summer) they may be flocked with vacationers. So, make sure to email them 3 weeks to one month ahead. I  booked Masungi a month before (May 2017). We went there  June 2017. The weather was so fine and we had a memorable time. 2. It is not for the faint-hearted. If you are afraid of heights, then better not come here. I do not find so much justice coming here and not trying out their rope courses because it is one of the reserve's highlights. 3. Make sure to bring clips or anything that can secure you

We started our trek at exactly 6:15 and descended from the Hill at around 7:30 (It was already very hot and we had to go home before lunch.) Our climb was just around 30 minutes. If you have bad knees and you walk slow then of course your time would be longer (lol). Pinayun-an village is still far from where we were but we only needed to climb one hill to get that majes
